Initial Consultation/Needs Assessment    

      $50.00/hr. (includes a project outline and estimate)

Professional Organizing                                                                               

     $60.00/hr.

Interior Design 

     $60.00/hr.

Home Staging 

     $60.00/hr.

Shopping Assistance 

     $30.00/hr. (materials billed at cost and due upon delivery)

Travel Time 

     $30.00/hr. (does not apply to 15 min. or less)

Planning/Research 

     $30.00/hr.

Assistant 

     $20.00/hr. (only if necessary)

            ADDITIONAL TERMS:

  •  4 hr. minimum for each project
  •  Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice, provided at the end of each session
  •  Payment is accepted in cash, check or via paypal. NSF fees will apply.
  •  24 hr. notice of cancellation is required, a 50% charge of time scheduled will be charged for failure to do so
  •  Client confidentiality is guaranteed
  •  S.E.T.S. reserves the right to photograph ALL projects before and after completion, client must specify, in writing, if they do not want their photos publicized
  •  Client is responsible for any trash removal or donation pick up
